Recipe
- 50ml Karisimbi Golden Rum
- 15ml Lime Juice (fresh)
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- Top Champagne or Prosecco
Method
- Build in a hi-ball glass.
- Stir down first four ingredients with crushed ice
- Fill with crushed ice
- Top and garnish with a mint sprig
