Recipe

  • 30ml Karisimbi Golden Rum
  • 15ml Lime Juice (fresh)
  • 15ml Honey Syrup
  • Champagne or Sparkling Wine Top

Method

  • Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  • Fine strain into a Hi Ball glass with ice.
  • Top with Champagne or Sparkling wine.


*To make the honey syrup, mix 3 parts honey with 1 part hot water.
