Recipe
- 30ml Karisimbi Golden Rum
- 15ml Lime Juice (fresh)
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- Champagne or Sparkling Wine Top
Method
- Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Fine strain into a Hi Ball glass with ice.
- Top with Champagne or Sparkling wine.
*To make the honey syrup, mix 3 parts honey with 1 part hot water.
